David A. Montgomery is a Knoxville native who earned his B.S. from Duke University before graduating from Yale Law School. He practiced law in Atlanta for 15 years, focusing on estate planning, tax, and business law. He returned to Knoxville in 2016 and founded David A. Montgomery Law, serving clients in estate planning, probate law, and conservatorships.
